Ira Audi of Peabody needed to upgrade its sales area to better reflect its stylish, modern brand. Poor soil conditions on the site presented a problem, but Connolly Brothers rose to the challenge and, with careful planning and design, was even able to reuse existing pile foundations to save the owner considerable costs.

In the design-build model, Connolly provided preconstruction, design and engineering, and construction management services on the project, serving as architect for the 9,000 square-foot Audi sales space. Upon completion, the dealership welcomed its customers into a sleek sales showroom, inviting sales support office spaces, and high-end customer waiting and vehicle delivery areas. While the project was one of many car dealerships Connolly Brothers has completed in the region, Connolly made sure to reflect Audi's unique brand sensibilities throughout.
