Connolly Brothers purchased and developed the land at 138 Conant Street in Beverly, Mass., creating a first-class office building that consists of four stories of office space in addition to one level of below-grade parking. The building features an open atrium adorned by stylish wood paneling and warm lighting accents as well as well-manicured greenery through the interior and exterior.

Connolly provided project development, preconstruction, design coordination, and construction management services to bring the 65,000 square-foot space into existence. The building's exterior abuts Route 128, providing easy access to and from Boston, making it an ideal home on the North Shore for a variety of businesses and professionals.
