Kat brings two decades of experience in construction and commercial real estate, having worked with a wide range of clients in the retail, restaurant, mixed-use, and office sectors. She began her career in the field as an Assistant Project Manager before shifting her focus to commercial construction, where she specialized in retail, restaurant, and interior fit-up projects.
Notably, Kat was heavily involved in the development of Assembly Row in Somerville, one of the most significant mixed-use, multi-phase redevelopment projects to occur outside of Boston. She initially served as a Coordinator and Contract Administrator for the base building development and was later promoted to Project Manager for Tenant Construction. In this role, she managed fit-ups for retail and restaurant tenants at Assembly Row, as well as office renovations at Assembly Square Marketplace.
Kat holds a bachelor's degree from Regis College. She is currently pursuing certifications in Commercial Real Estate and Facilities Management at Boston University. Some of Kat's past employment experience includes working at Federal Realty Investment Trust, WS Development, Commonwealth Building and Paradigm Construction Corp.
