The scope of this project involved renovating the hotel’s public space which includes both the Grand and Centennial Ballrooms, meeting rooms, pre-function area, and public restrooms adjacent to these spaces. The project also involved installing a comprehensive, high-tech lighting and audio/visual (AV) package. This required considerable time and coordination to install above-grid and in conjunction with last-out finishes. In addition, Connolly Brothers oversaw installation of new finishes onto reconditioned, existing substrates.

The Connolly team worked proactively and collaboratively with all project stakeholders to meet the tight timeframe for completion so as not to disrupt the hotel’s wedding and event schedule. Connolly Brothers had the pleasure of working with the hotel in the past to renovate its lobby and bar area.
