Affiliated Managers Group (AMG) is a global asset management company. When AMG leadership decided to acquire the 600 Hale Street property in Prides Crossing for their new headquarters, Connolly became an integral team member to assist in the process of making that dream a reality. Connolly was very familiar with the property as we had constructed the original mansion on site in the 1900s. Connolly Brothers provided preconstruction, design coordination, and construction management services for their new corporate headquarters, which includes ample boardroom facilities, executive offices, support offices, conference rooms, a catering kitchen, fitness center, and a five-car, below grade parking area.

Connolly collaborated with architectural firm Siemasko + Verbridge on the project, which demanded a high level of finish and exacting attention to detail. The result was a 48,000 square-foot facility providing an ideal setting for business events.
