The scope of this design-build project consisted of renovating 3,600 SF of existing office space and converting it for use as a dry room, mixer lab, and coater room. The project also included adding new office space on the ground level of this multi-story facility. A secondary electrical room was built to provide power to the newly renovated spaces. New HVAC systems, including a dehumidification system for the dry room, were installed. The dry room, which is a key aspect of the project, will be used for battery cell production.
