When the Davis Companies were ready to renovate their Waltham property to create Cityside, a premiere office destination featuring world-class amenities within an urban environment, they looked to Connolly Brothers. The project included the construction of a new two-story atrium lobby, exterior and interior renovations for a window-lined café, and the renovation and re-purposing of an existing lobby into a two-story, state-of-the-art fitness center.

Connolly worked with the Davis Companies and SGA Architects to provide budgeting and repositioning for this existing office building. The result of the successful project is perhaps the most desirable location in Waltham, featuring a central hub with an acclaimed eatery and vast patio and green space for company events.
