Easterly Capital is an asset management and financial services firm with locations in New York City and Beverly, Mass. For its Beverly office, Easterly called upon Connolly Brothers to provide preconstruction, design coordination, and construction management services. The project involved a fit-up of the firm's office space featuring simple materials and a clean, modern design. Siemasko + Verbridge served as architect on the project.
