Endicott College
Beverly, MA
Endicott sought out Connolly Brothers for construction of a new, 127-bed dormitory. This fast-track, design build project was completed under tight budgetary constraints and prior to the arrival of students for the fall semester.
Brindle Hall Renovations
This project involved the exterior renovation of an adjacent dormitory that included the removal and replacement of all windows, upgrading the exterior wall system, and the installation of a new pitched roof over the old flat roof.
Both projects were completed on schedule and ready for occupancy by the time students arrived on campus to begin the academic year.
Academic Center Addition
Connolly Brothers was retained again to build an addition to the college's existing academic center. Scope for this project included adding 5,000 SF of student lounge space on the first floor and 4,000 SF of administrative space on the second floor.
Connolly Brothers provided preconstruction, design and engineering, and construction management services, and collaborated with architectural firm Symmes Maini & McKee Associates.
