With dozens of locations around the world, Epsilon is a leader in interaction management, empowering brands to transform ordinary customer experiences into meaningful, human experiences. For its Wakefield, Mass. office, Epsilon required selective demolition and renovation to corporate office spaces in an area that needed to remain in use. Epsilon turned to Connolly Brothers, which took great care to keep the surrounding occupied office areas operational during the construction process.

On the 10,000 square-foot renovation project, Connolly delivered preconstruction, design and engineering, and construction management services. Using a design-build approach, Connolly was able to achieve cost-savings for Epsilon by also serving as architect on the project. When the work was complete, Epsilon was able to enjoy a new colorful, clean, and creative space reflective of the company's driving ethos.
