Infiniti was ready to launch a new automotive dealership in Hanover, Mass. to serve the Cape Cod and Boston areas, but in order to build the dealership from the ground up, it would need extensive site modifications to create an attractive roadside presence, as well as significant work with the town to satisfy architectural requirements. Fortunately, Infiniti called on Connolly Brothers to get it done.

For the 22,500 square-foot dealership, Connolly delivered preconstruction, design and engineering, and construction management services while also serving as project architect. The result was a facility fully reflective of the luxury car brand.

With extensive car dealership construction experience, Connolly worked with both the town and national brand management representatives to ensure that the new dealership could meet brand requirements and, leveraging Connolly's design-build approach, do so in a cost-effective manner.
