Ira Subaru of Danvers, Mass. aims to transform the car buying process, and that starts with ensuring that the dealership where transactions take place is as customer-friendly as possible. With that in mind, Ira turned to Connolly Brothers to renovate the interior and exterior of its existing dealership to bring it into line with a rebranding initiative.

The project involved careful planning, scheduling, and cooperation in order to maintain the facility's ability to operate throughout the construction process. Using its time- and cost-saving design-build approach, Connolly delivered preconstruction, design and engineering, and construction management services to see the 8,500 square-foot dealership renovation through from conception to completion.

The project was one of many car dealerships that Connolly Brothers has completed in the region. As with all of its automotive clients, Connolly was careful to make sure that the dealership was fully reflective of Subaru's brand.
