A leading international manufacturer and supplier of industrial process instrumentation solutions, KROHNE was looking for an ideal spot for its North American headquarters. Hoping for a turn-key solution, KROHNE approached Connolly Brothers. Working alongside German architectural firm DHP Dubbick Hiersig + Partner, Connolly was enlisted to design, permit, and build a 94,000 square-foot building which includes a 74,000 square-foot manufacturing facility with mezzanine, a 20,000 square-foot office facility, and a glass connecting bridge between these two spaces.

With its main corporate headquarters in Germany, it was important for KROHNE to have a single point of contact—and responsibility—for the project, so Connolly's design-build approach was a perfect match. The Connolly team managed the process of conceptual development, budget modeling, construction documentation, final cost estimation, and, ultimately, building delivery.
