When the developer of a luxury apartment and condo community decided to upgrade its clubhouse, it turned to Connolly Brothers to get the job done right. Connolly built the apartment community's new, fully-equipped fitness area and multi-purpose space, used for coworking during the day and/or social gatherings in the evening. The clubhouse features a private conference room and the project involved major structural renovations, including a truss structure to provide support for stylish vaulted ceilings in the community area.

Working collaboratively with Davis Square Architects, Connolly installed high-end millwork finishes throughout, as well as alluring light fixtures and glass facades, in addition to functional necessities such as a package shed to better house residents' deliveries. The new clubhouse's lounge area, complete with Wi-Fi, fireplace, large-screen TVs, and bar counters, is an ideal spot to relax and unwind with neighbors. Whether for work or for play, the clubhouse was designed and built specifically to cater to the needs of the condo complex's discerning residents.
