In 2023, New England Academy again turned to Connolly Brothers when they faced the need to expand educational services to students residing South of Boston.

NEA South, located in Marshfield, MA offers state-of-the-art classroom space equipped with the latest technology, science labs, a music/recording studio, art studio, library, 10,000 SF full size gymnasium, adjacent outdoor soccer field, student cafeteria and a private, meticulously landscaped courtyard for both students and faculty to enjoy. The 28,055 square-foot campus building complements the school's flagship 40,000 square-foot North Shore campus located in Beverly.

Using the design-build model, Connolly Brothers served as architect and construction manager for this project by providing preconstruction services such as site selection, feasibility studies, estimating, permitting, and budgeting. Connolly assisted the school in planning, designing, and building the new campus.
