Looking to serve the Cape Cod and Boston areas with a new dealership in Hanover, Mass., PRIME Buick GMC need a dealership built from the ground up. The logistics involved were difficult given the site's proximity to another active dealership, but Connolly Brothers was able to successfully complete the project and pave the way for business to begin.

On the 25,000 square-foot dealership, Connolly worked extensively with Buick GMC's national brand management representatives to coordinate and integrate all brand requirements, leveraging the design-build approach to deliver the dealership in a cost-effective manner. Connolly provided preconstruction, design and engineering, and construction management services while also serving as architect on the project.

The project was one of many car dealerships that Connolly Brothers has completed in the region. Connolly took the time to make sure that its top-quality work would reflect the brand sensibilities that distinguish Buick GMC from its competitors.
