Ryder Truck operates one of North America's largest fleet of trucks and an expansive infrastructure of maintenance facilities and warehouses that perform supply chain functions for more than 50,000 customers. When Ryder needed new facilities for its Braintree, Mass. location, it turned to Connolly Brothers.

Thanks to its design-build approach, Connolly served as a one-stop-shop to Ryder, providing a single point of contact and responsibility, delivering top-quality work, and achieving significant cost-savings in the process. For the 22,000 square-foot facility, Connolly demolished an existing building and undertook extensive grading. The project featured new office space, truck repair space, a wash bay with fuel island, and five acres of paved parking. Connolly delivered preconstruction, architectural design and engineering, and construction management to see Ryder's needs were met from conception through to completion.
