Shore Country Day School is a private school serving students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 9. When the school needed a new arts facility and additional classroom space, it turned to Connolly Brothers for assistance.

Scope included construction of a new 10,000 SF building. Connolly provided construction management, construction administration, and general contractor services for this project. Careful consideration as to means and methods of the schedule was imperative as construction occurred while the school was occupied. Disruptions to the daily routine of the school were minimized by prudent planning and phasing. Connolly collaborated with architect Perry Dean Rogers Partners Architects on the project, which enabled Shore Country Day School to better serve its student population.
