The golf club at Turner Hill is an award winning, 18-hole championship golf course. It was designed by the renowned architects Hurdzan & Fry and ranks among the top golf courses in the country. This project required an exceptionally high level of coordination, planning & site logistics, in order to meet the standards expected of a private, world-class golf facility. Project scope included construction of a new first class clubhouse, locker rooms, dining facilities, commercial kitchen, and pro-shop. The Connolly team provided significant preconstruction cost modeling and value engineering recommendations to achieve the goal of a luxurious facility within budget.
