Turner Hill – Mansion Renovation
Ipswich, MA
The Mansion at Turner Hill was built in 1903 and is primarily used for event space. When it
became necessary to renovate this facility, Turner Hill retained the Connolly team again to
renovate historically significant areas of the mansion. Project scope included restoration of
hand-molded plaster ceilings, hardwood oak floors, hand-carved fixtures and paneling, and
meticulously crafted wall friezes. Connolly ensured that all involved in the project
proceeded with extreme care to preserve and restore the intricate wood and plaster work
throughout the mansion.
