When the W.L. French Excavating Corporation was ready for a new corporate headquarters and maintenance facility that would include 10 drive-through maintenance bays, a heavy equipment wash bay, parts storage, and service management offices, it turned to Connolly Brothers.

Connolly worked closely with the W.L. French team to maximize a 22-acre site in Billerica, Mass. The 48,000 square-foot maintenance facility is home to five-ton and 10-ton overhead cranes, a truck tire carousel, and a diesel filter cleaning system in addition to the maintenance bays. With a focus on promoting health, wellness, and productivity in the workplace, the 12,000 square-foot office facility includes a fitness center, meeting spaces, and collaborative workspaces. Together, the new buildings provide new technologies and energy efficiencies and the ability to handle demand for operations tied to W.L. French's continued growth.
